Description:
The goal of this course is to give you the confidence to dance comfortably at the nightclub or at Salsa socials. Participants will learn all the necessary steps required to advance to the Level 2.
This course will teach you the fundamentals of Salsa, and give you a solid understanding of musicality and dance theory as it pertains to Salsa on2. You will learn how to listen to the timing of Salsa and dance properly on the beat of the music. We will demystify the elusive percussion rhythms of Latin musical instruments, like the conga and the clave.
Wednesdays at 8:30pm-10:00pm
Starts, Monday, January 9 – Meets for 8 weeks once a week.

The cost is $107 for the 8-week cycle if you register online by January 8, 2011. That’s it, pay once and learn to dance! Register online and pay less. The cost for the 8-week cycle is $120 if you wait to register in person at the studio the first day of classes.
